Instead of families paying $50 each, a single $500 site license gives every student, teacher, and parent in the school full access to the StudySmarts training platform. It includes self-worth, motivation, and study skills video training. Also included are quizzes, group discussion questions, fillable or printable PDF workbooks and our AgenDUH planner.
(You may also purchase hard copy workbooks for an additional cost based on quantity.)
How is a Site License Implemented?
Once a site license or multiple site licenses are purchased, a StudySmarts representative will contact you to discuss your goals and implementation ideas. If you are not exactly sure how this could work for you, we recommend at least scheduling a demo to discuss effective ways to implement StudySmarts. Typically, implementation is handled like this:
- Include as many students, teachers and parents as possible in the training the first year.
- Choose a few transitional grades and new students for subsequent years.
- Decide if you are going to use hard-copy workbooks or the PDF downloads. (We can help fund the workbooks with sponsors.)
- We provide coupon codes and group invite links for registration.
- We partner with you to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Each participant can track their progress, take quizzes, and join guided group discussions, with access to either a hard copy workbook or a downloadable, fillable PDF.
Instead of each family paying $50 individually, a $500 Site License provides access for your entire school. We supply coupon codes and group invite links based on the number of participants and schools included in your implementation plan.
Single School
A single school may purchase a one-time annual site license for $500. This gives every student, teacher and parent access to the
5-8 and 9-12 video training and downloadable workbook pages. Hard copy workbooks are available with either quantity discounts for purchase or fully funded by sponsors.
Multiple Schools
Multiple school implementation is the same basic process as a single-school implementation and includes everything in a single- school site license. We simply take the number of schools within the district and multiply by $500 to accommodate a site license for each individual school.
